Good alternative to 'big Pharma' medicine for a calming 'chill out' effect. Its great to be taking something natural with an ancient spiritual legacy.

I felt focused, sharp, I was less tired throughout the day. I didn't feel the need to drink coffee or eat sweet food.

Experienced practitioners, known as shamans, possess deep knowledge of the plant and its medicinal properties. They identify mature and healthy vines that have reached an optimal age for harvesting.
The prepared vine is then placed in a large pot and covered with water. The mixture is boiled and then simmered over a wood fire for several hours, allowing the water to extract the active compounds from the vine.
Once harvested, the vine undergoes a preparation process. The outer layer of the vine is removed, exposing the inner core. The core is then cut into smaller pieces, increasing the surface area for the extraction process.
After boiling & simmering, the water extract is carefully strained to remove the solid plant material. The liquid is then returned to the heat source, and the process continues.
Once the desired concentration is reached, the liquid is allowed to cool down naturally. Careful attention is given to avoid disturbing the settling process, as it helps separate the extracted compounds from impurities.
